Stay in shape. Physical activity is not only good for the body, but it helps the mind.? Exercising releases endorphins in the brain which are responsible for providing us with pleasure and joyous feelings.? Exercising is a great way to reduce stress because it gives you something constructive to focus your anxiety and negative energy on.

Take time for yourself. Remember the little things that you used to like to do whether it is painting or playing music or working in your garden.? Make your hobbies a part of your life again.? They’ll make you feel productive and yield positive results.
